START IMMEDIATELY Want to make a possitive change in your life? Do it now. Putting it off just gives you time to make excuses, so get started a soon as possible..... PRACTICE POSITIVE AFFIRMATION One of the most popular positive thinking exercises is POSITIVE AFFIRMATION. This means you repeat a positive phrase to yourself on a regular basis like "I deserve to be happy" or "I am worthy of Love". Believing that theses things are true, and reminding yourself of it , can help you have a positive out look... Try this one (DAM I LOOK GOOD IN THESE JEANS) And get dressed ,and get out of the house..... NOW DO SOMETHING NICE Want to feel better? Now that your dressed, (OR SHOULD BE)Try doing something nice for someone else! You get to feel good for being nice,and you might make someone else's day.....Even save there life, you could that one person,that showed a little bit of kindness,with out wanting to take.....So go hand out smiles today, Mother said,it's Thoughtful Thursday!
