Christmas feathers

Start with poly sculpt, at any hobby shop. Roll it thin, fold it over evenly....  Take a Christmas hook turn it over a tool,to make a circle=add a bead. Lay it in the center, press it down so it sets.

Make a thin rolled seam, for the center. Color desired. Take the butt of the knife start at the bottom of the feather,= to make a crease.

Then with the blade of the knife, start to gently embed  soft lines. Working Your way from the bottom up.  Bake at 220 for 25 mins. Let cool over night  ~ Perfect gift for Christmas Xo

 I so LOVE these paints, seeing this has caused an energy through Me.... It is something My Love, and I have talked about for a while [Painting with Light ] There are so many artist that have put down their tools ~ Perhaps even You, that one place You can go where You spirit soars .... Pick up that tool , what ever Yours is, and create again. There is no such thing as to old,or not good enough there are so many master pieces in Us yet.   These paints lit Me up, It will be an adventure to find them. But they reminded Me, of a time I use to paint murals on~ on ceilings ,and walls. With that glow in the dark  effect~ for stars,the moon, the sun  [yellow based] This brings new light to the painting to come.... Thank You Crisco, Your art is wonderful. And has inspired many.

Paranoid~ something to think about

Are You paranoid, well You should be. Anyone who is in My company when I open My laptop, laugh out loud. Because I have blue painters tape covering the camera. Today one of topics on the program the View, were about just that. The FBI confirmed that in fact, someone could hack into Your feed, and stream the on goings in Your home. Everyday is a Great day!

Also know as best Day ever, alittle short term memory loss humor..... Some things come so easy to Me, like cooking a big family dinner. I cook with LOVE, for My Loved ones.... It's My oldest Daughter's 30th Birthday, I Thank God Out loud just to be present.

But best of All = All the People I Love in one place together~ Best Day ever.

Because every Day, is the best Day ever. And I don't take one moment for granted......... There is always an empty chair, for Jesus.

Sounds of the Cicadas

Just the other day, I was teaching the Grand Babies the cycle of cicadas...... Because we found the shells they left behind, under o Our favorite willow tree~  I explained to them, this was a rare find. Because cicadas only emerge every 17 years........ What are Cicadas?

The Basics

Cicadas are insects, best known for the songs sung by most, but not all, male cicadas. They make this sound by flexing their tymbals, which are drum-like organs found in their abdomens. Small muscles rapidly pull the tymbals in and out of shape — like a child's click-toy. The sound is intensified by the cicada's mostly hollow abdomen. Female and some male cicadas will also make a sound by flicking their wings, but it isn't the same as the song cicadas are known for. Listen to some of the songs cicadas sing.

A wonderful moment was shared with Me the other day, while in the company of others with Alzheimer ....... I am blessed to keep company with these wonderful People, for I am not much different. And they always have open arms, and open hearts. I am so happy to have seen this video with them. In fact I'm so glad this duo of Father, and Son made this video ~ We thank You out loud. Back to the folks I watched this with, the whole room sang along. " It was beautiful." Enjoy,and sing along.  Get involved the Alzheimer's walk is Oct. 9th. Best Day Ever ~ Love notes

This is something I stared a year ago, I had heat stroke .On top of a brain injury~ don't turn away there is a sunny side to it. It a teaching tool, when You lose Your abilities= You finds ways to remember. To celebrate just how great life is, I call them Love note. If You were to wander through My house You would see. When My children, or Grandchildren leave Me a note " I post them about the house in random well seen areas. So I can celebrate that love often....... Because everyday I wake up to the people I Love, it's best day ever... And I'm glad the sun shined in My window this morning, and I was there to see it. Un-finshed find

Started looking for one thing, and found another. An un-finished oil, no doubt I misplaced these colors~ but it's still a fun find. One of the benefits of short term memory loss = When I lose things, and find them again.... Now if I can find them paints, and what I was looking for in the first place.
