Some days it's ok, to not be ok ~ Bitter Sweet Symphony

 It' all in how You handle it, try to find Your center. Talk to a Therapist, talk it out. Perhaps You need medication. We all need something, I will speak for Myself. I'm on medication, and speak to My Therapist every Thursday, at 2pm.  And I'm open with My Family....                                                     And I'm a better Person for it. It's not a weakness, it's a strength to save Yourself... I am learning My triggers, and I'm learning the tools. And to not put My self under unnecessary stress. Please take care of Yourself. Like airlines say, You have to put Your mask on first. Before you can help Someone else. Treat Yourself kind.   My Love You are here, and so am I <3

Be in the here, and now ( Push the dred from Your head)

 For Me, I wash My hands with lilac soap .It brings a calm to My soul. I also have a lilac diffuser, for when I feel memories drifting in... I smell the lilac, it returns Me to the here, and now...Also this wonderful Lilac Vegetal after shave lotion, can be ordered on-line,,, It's a lifesaver. Quite grounding.


We are all capable of getting stuck. aka/ frozen with fear. It's what I call My twenty minute plan.           [It could be twenty minutes of prepping of what, You need to get done. Twenty minutes of what You enjoy doing. Then twenty minutes of the task~ Now an hour has passed, and You accomplished something. ]

Before You know it, You will be doing a twenty minute task, and forty minutes of what You enjoy.         ( Push the dred, from Your head)

Another tool, to be in the here, and now.... Tap Your wrist ,and say to Yourself. " I'm safe, I am in a safe place". Or tap the palm of  your hand, to demand Your being to become present. To be in the here, and now.                                                                                                                                                                      Another tool I use a lot, are My head phones. They are program with two hours of My favorite music.~ They help Me find My center. I put them on I can follow through with a task. I can cook a meal, or run the vacuum. Or do something I enjoy.   There are times I drive to the store, as soon as I set foot out of the car, I place them on. In order to be social. I make a mad dash through the store, with my list in hand.                                                                                                                                                                                   And what's good for the heart<3   Treat Yourself to sunflower seeds. Plant them, and care for them . And they will bring You joy. For Me it is art to take nothing, and turn it into something... that didn't exist before. If You can't paint, then bead .Make a sun catcher, for Your window. Treat Yourself with Love, You deserve it.
