About ADN
Established in 2009, Athletes with Disabilities Network
(ADN) was formed by combining Athletes with Disabilities Hall of Fame
and Extremity Events Network. ADN's mission is to promote a better
quality of life by creating opportunities for people with physical
disabilities. ADN operates and organizes the Athletes with Disabilities
Hall of Fame and Extremity Games.
The Athletes with Disabilities Hall of Fame is the only
Hall of Fame honoring individuals with disabilities for sport and
recreation achievement worldwide. The Hall of Fame, which began in 1999,
honors alumni that include Paralympians, word record holders and Tour
de France participants.
Extremity Games is an extreme sports competition for
athletes living with limb loss or limb difference. The Games provide an
opportunity for athletes to compete peer-to-peer and provides unmatched
camaraderie for those with limb loss or limb difference.
